I support parents and moms both new and experienced, pregnant people and couples effectively navigate the emotional ups-and-downs of life. Through therapeutic services, community programs, and online courses and content, clients can choose an integrated, personalized approach that works uniquely for them. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and expert in perinatal and maternal mental health, I draw on cognitive psychology, psychoanalysis, and mindfulness practices to support clients with the critical information and practical skills needed to navigate powerful emotions and relationship dynamics during transitional times.

Hi! I’m Elizabeth, licensed psychotherapist and expert in perinatal and maternal mental health.
I work with moms and families through individual therapy, group therapy, couple counseling, family therapy and parent coaching.
I am trained as a modern psychoanalyst. I have extensive training and experience in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based therapy, and group psychotherapy. I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health and in the LifeForce Yoga® for Mood Management protocol. I’m also the Co-Founder of MFT Mom Social Club - you should check us out!
