How much does the workshop cost?

You’ll gain lifetime access to the workshop and all its materials for $97!

Does this workshop provide therapy?

No, this workshop does not provide therapy, which occurs in a one-to-one relationship with a therapist and requires a therapeutic contract.  The workshop was written by a psychotherapist and uses psychological concepts and strategies for your educational and self-growth benefit, but cannot be considered therapy and is not a replacement for therapy.

Do I need any materials to complete the workshop?

Just a computer and quiet space to participate!  You will receive pdf documents with exercises and journal prompts to complement each lesson, which you can print out and write on if a printer is available to you.  Alternatively, you can complete the exercises in whatever form you like - in a journal, Google doc, however you like to work.

How is the workshop organized?

The workshop consists of seven individual lessons, or steps. You’ll watch a video lesson for each of the seven steps, and then complete your independent work applying the concepts to yourself and your life in your pdf workbook.

Will I get to work with Elizabeth directly?

Unfortunately, no! This course is meant as independent study, freeing you up to receive all the lessons you might in, say, a couples’ therapy session, but without the expense and extended time.

Can I see a little more before I commit?

For sure! Watch the workshop’s Welcome video and see the course curriculum here.

Dear Nearlywed,

You’re committing yourself to your relationship FOREVER.  That is, like, a long time.  It took me a long time to figure out that relationships, even the best ones, are hard work. They require us to look deeply at ourselves, to become the best versions of ourselves we can be.  They require us to do hard things - to have hard conversations, to feel hard feelings, and to make hard decisions.  This workshop, and the skills you’ll learn here, is an investment in yourself and in the most important relationship of your life.  You’re telling yourself: “I deserve to have the relationship of my dreams.  I deserve to have my emotions validated.  I deserve to have a responsive and validating partner.  I deserve to be heard.  I deserve to step into my power.”

Let me help you with that.  I can give you the guidance, the tools, the words, and the encouragement to step into your power, and to create the best relationship of your life.

xoxo,

Elizabeth
